New $60 Million Buckhead Tower Named The Sutton

The 21-story tower on the site of Buckhead's former Grand China will be more than 510,000 square feet.

Atlanta, GA -- The architects and developers of a new, $60 million Buckhead tower have released new renderings of a project that will stand 21 stories tall on the site of the old Grand China.

The Sutton, as the project will be called, the multifamily high-rise will be more than 510,000 square feet, according to WhatNow Atlanta.

The project is located at 2965 Peachtree Street. Preserve Properties LLC is developing the project, and Reese Vanderbilt & Associates are the architects.

According to the architects, the building will have 141 luxury, two and three bedroom residences ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet, as well as private terraces, street level amenities such as a resident coffee bar, business center, concierge, and private motor court.
