New Buckhead Luxury Condos Taking Reservations Now

A soon-to-open luxury condominium complex in Buckhead is now accepting reservations in advance of its opening later this year, Atlanta Real Estate Forum says.

John Wielands Homes’ 18 Peachtree Avenue is billed as an exclusive address, with only eight units available. The condos are located in the Garden Hills area of Buckhead, steps away from the new Buckhead Atlanta retail mega-development. Inside the condos, residents can expect open floor plans, options for elevator access, fourth floor sky terraces, and more. Prices will begin in the $500,000 range, John Wieland Homes says.

The development is slated for an April grand opening; those interested in becoming tenants at 18 Peachtree Avenue should add their names to the VIP Reservation list available at John Wieland Homes’ website.
