New Office Tower in the Works for Peachtree Road?

Financial services company is said to be in the early stages of planned 150,000-square-foot building.

A wee parcel of land on Peachtree Road may be the future home of CRIF Lending Solutions' U.S. offices.

The company currently has offices in Cobb County.

Part of a European financial services firm, CRIF intends to build a 150,000-square-foot building in Peachtree's 3300 block, according to Bisnow.com.

The company purchased the land between Terminus and Tower Place drives last year for $6 million, Bisnow.com, reported.

The planned tower would be constructed behind the TD Ameritrade building currently under construction, according to Curbed Atlanta.
