Hill with Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has asked the City of Atlanta to consolidate the plots of land at 514, 516, 520, and 526 East Paces Ferry Road NE and at 3081 Maple Drive NE into one plot in anticipation of the construction of 327 apartment units and townhomes and street-level retail.
The project, known as Gables Buckhead, will have 3,000 sq. ft. of detached commercial space, two vehicle entrances, a dog park on the amenity deck, and a five-level parking deck that will be shared with tenants of nearby buildings, BuckheadView reported in December.

Gables purchased the properties involved from Buckhead icon Charlie Loudermilk.
The City of Atlanta permits website indicates that the application is currently undergoing a land update, which will be followed by a GIS update. The plat was distributed on July 29, records show.
According to Buckhead View Gables said in December that they hoped to begin construction on the project in the third quarter of this year.
