Planned Hilton Garden Site to Undergo Metamorphosis
What's now a parking lot will eventually become a hotel next to the Buckhead Theatre.
It's a parking lot now, but the corner of Irby Avenue and Roswell Road, will soon give way to Hilton Garden Inn.
It's part of the Loudermilk Cos. LLC 's redevelopment plants for that corner lot, which is adjacent to the Buckhead Theatre.
Loudermilk executives plan to begin construction within six months and project it should be completed in a 1½ to 2 years.
