Starting Price For New Buckhead Luxury Condos: $1.8 Million

New details have been revealed about the project, now called the Emerson.

ATLANTA, GA -- New details have been revealed about a luxury condo tower in Buckhead that is now called the Emerson.

The tower is being developed by JPX Works and Jarel Portman, the son of legendary Atlanta architect John Portman, along with Bruce Fernald. The 21-story project is offering units starting at $1.8 million, reports Curbed.

The project was announced last summer, and will be located on Peachtree Road near Lindbergh Drive on 1.84 acres. A total of 44 units will feature private elevators and terraces.

According to a company press release, the building's design is a tribute to Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater house in Pennsylvania.

Groundbreaking is expected this fall.
