Tyler Perry to List Vinings Mansion: News Near Buckhead

Tyler Perry has plans to sell his home on West Paces Ferry Road and build a new home on a 1,000 acre tract outside the perimeter.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution says the home has eight bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and takes up a massive 35,000 square feet. The home also boasts a ballroom, a wine cellar, a pool, and numerous other amenities.

Perry has accumulated 1,000 acres of land in Douglas County near Six Flags Over Georgia, the AJC says.
