A small Georgia town that has been used as the setting for some big Georgia productions is selling off its downtown to the highest bidder - literally.
For a cool $680,000, you can own nine buildings in the heart of Grantville, a Coweta County locale which has served as home to shows like “The Walking Dead.” Former mayor Jim Sells bought up the properties before the recession, but is now looking to hand them over to someone who is more experienced in property management.

Sells has put downtown Grantville on eBay, writing that the site is a ”unique opportunity.” Sells adds that the property already generates $6,500 in rent income despite being half empty.
According to WXIA-TV, the nine buildings contain some 25,000 sq. ft. of space with the potential for restaurants, retail, and residential.
