Buford Group Adopts Yellow Dog Project

The Yellow Dog Project seeks to educate the community about dogs who need space to learn, recover and rehabilitate.

U.S. Canine, a Buford-based canine rehabilitation center, will soon be offering the Yellow Dog Project.

The Yellow Dog Project is a global awareness compaign to inform the general public about dogs who need space while training, recovering from surgery, or being rehabilitated. More than 40 countries have The Yellow Dog Project.

Here in Buford, U.S. Canine believed it was important to add the program, as well.

"The Yellow Dog Project is on a mission to create global awareness about 'dogs in need of space,' said Allyson Moore, an assistant at U.S. Canine. "In light of recent events involving dog bites and attacks, we believe this message is essential to the well being of the public."
