Jim Chapman Communities hosted a Grand Opening Event on Saturday, Aug. 3 at McEver Mill, a beautiful new active adult community located in Hall County, just a mile from Lake Lanier. With a snip of the giant scissors, Jim Chapman cut the ribbon to officially open the community.
