Local Company Wins Two CotY Awards

Southeastern Underdeck Systems, in cooperation with Decks & More and Screens of Georgia, recently won two Contractor of the Year Awards for a project in Roswell, GA, that created a water-tight outdoor living space with a screen enclosure. The categories were Residential Addition Under $100,000 and Green Residential Exterior.

The Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry presents CotY Awards each year to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. Judging is based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty by an impartial panel of industry professionals.
