Man Drapes Jacket Over Purse, Steals Credit Cards: Police
Gwinnett County Police need the public's help to find three people, they say, who could know something about stolen credit cards.

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA – The Gwinnett County Police Department General Crimes Unit needs the public’s help in identifying the suspects responsible for two recent thefts and fraud. Both of the incidents occurred on Monday, Nov. 12.
Incident 1:
· Location: La Madeleine, 1795 Buford Drive, Buford

· Scenario: A man is seen on surveillance footage draping his jacket over the victim’s purse while the victim was in the restroom. The suspect then leaves after stealing the victim’s credit cards.
Incident 2:

· Location: Pappadeaux, 2038 Duluth Highway, unincorporated Duluth
· Scenario: The suspect sat very close to the victim and was sitting with two other women. The suspect is then seen leaving before the victim. As the victim was paying for her food, she realized that her credit cards were missing.

Both victims received alerts on their phones that their credit cards were being used fraudulently. In Incident 1, the credit cards were used at the Target at 3205 Woodward Crossing in Buford. And, in Incident 2, the credit cards were used at various different locations to include Home Depot.
The lead detective assigned to these cases obtained video surveillance from the Home Depot and observed Suspect 1, 2, and 3 as possible suspects.
