Man Uses Fake IDs To Defraud Bank Of $5,300: Police
Gwinnett Police need the public's help in identifying a man related to identity theft, deposit account fraud and forgery.

BUFORD, GA -- Gwinnett Police need the public’s help in identifying a man related to identity theft, deposit account fraud and forgery. He began depositing checks into a BB&T account in February 2019. He would withdraw the money via the ATM. Once the odd account activity was noticed, fraud investigators found the information was a combination of real information to make one fake identity. He has fraudulently obtained almost $5,300.
He is described as having lighter complexion, medium build, 5’10” – 6’01” tall, receding hair line, and an unkempt beard. He is possibly driving a 2011-2015 silver Audi A4.
