$1 Kids Summer Movie Series Underway In Canton
The movies will be screened each Wednesday through July 18 at the Canton Theater.

CANTON, GA — The Historic Canton Theatre has a unique opportunity for the little ones to get out of the house for a few hours this summer.
Starting Wednesday, June 6, the theatre will host its $1 Kids Summer Movie Series, which is presented by the Canton Main Street Program.
Residents are invited to bring the kids for two showings: 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday through the month of July. Here's a rundown of the summer movie schedule:

- June 13: "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"
- June 20: "The Incredibles"
- June 27: "Toy Story"
- July 11: "Coco"
- July 18: "Jungle Book"

Day-of-show tickets to individual films are $1 and will go on sale one hour prior to show time at the theatre's box office at 171 East Main Street. $1 concessions available. All tickets are general admission and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
