Canton Business Releases Lifestyle Planner App
Kalon Creative's new app, Upkeep, helps users keep up with "everyday recurring hassles of life."

Kalon Creative, a local web and app development company, has released a new lifestyle planner app.
The app, called Upkeep, is designed to help users keep track with the “everyday recurring hassles of life,” including everything from changing the oil in one’s car to scheduling an annual physical, the company said in a press release.

Users can find Upkeep in Apple’s iTunes store and can download it for free on their iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices.
The app helps users keep up with tasks normally not marked in a calendar, but must be done on an regular basis. You can select from hundreds of built-in tasks or add your own.

“Having a life means having stuff to keep up with, replace, and maintain,” says Turner. “Upkeep takes the big hassle out of keeping up with small things.”
Canton residents Austin Grigg and Brett Turner, co-founders of Kalon Creative, are creators of the Prayer Notebook app which helps users keep track of prayer requests.
The company moved to the Canton area last year and is part of the area’s growing design and technology scene, which includes information technology support company Technical Resource Solutions, animation studio Commotion Engine, digital marketing agency Social Street and graphic design firms Bunker Design Collaborative and Grant Design Collaborative.
