Canton Police Win Award From Governor's Office
The Canton Police Department has been lauded as Agency of the Year for its work with the Appalachian Trail Traffic Enforcement Network.

CANTON, GA — The Canton Police Department announced Friday that it has received the Agency of the Year award from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety for the Appalachian Trail Traffic Enforcement Network (ATTEN) district in Georgia.
The award was presented on Thursday, Nov. 8, at the annual QUAD meeting in Gainesville.
In its announcement, the department thanked Sgt. Delman, Officer Molasso, Lt. Baldwin and Capt. Turner for their management of the program and involvement with the district.
