The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 15Â at Canton City Hall. The event is for Canton residents only and for verification, citizens are asked to bring their water bills to the event.
Participants are asked to remove rims from tires. Additionally, over-sized tractor tires, commercial tires and trailer tires will not be accepted.
