The City of Canton is sponsoring the March program on emotional intelligence, which will be facilitated by Nancy Colter with The Training Edge. Attendees will take an emotional quotient assessment prior to the session in order to measure their emotional intelligence, which is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions to facilitate high levels of collaboration and productivity.

“The premise behind the coordination of Emerge! was to provide yet another opportunity for our members, and the public as well, to strengthen their decision-making strategies as our community works in tandem to continue to create an economically viable atmosphere in which to do business,” shared Chamber President & CEO Pam Carnes.
