Cherokee County Senior Services Reunites Senior Friends
Cherokee County Senior Services employee Gail Giardina recently encountered an unusual scenario. Gail is a homemaker aide and spends her time assisting our seniors in their homes throughout Cherokee County. Through conversation Gail discovered that three of her clients were longtime friends from many years ago. They had not seen one another in over 25 years. They are each 85 plus years old and are longtime residents of Cherokee County. The most unusual trait these ladies have in common is their name. They are all named “Dorothy.”
On April 15th Cherokee County Senior Services had the opportunity to reunite these ladies for a lunch outing at
