Georgia Senate Runoff: Candidates, Voting In Canton
Georgians will vote on Tuesday to determine both Georgia Senate seats. Find out where to vote in Canton here.

CANTON, GA — Georgians will decide on Tuesday on both U.S. Senate seats after the Republican incumbents, David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, failed to gather the majority of the general election votes last month. They will face Democrats Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock.
Election Day
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, Jan. 5. If you are in line by 7 p.m., you are allowed to cast your ballot.
On Election Day, you must vote at your designated polling place. You can find your assigned polling location on your voter registration card, by logging into the Secretary of State's My Voter Page, or by contacting your County Board of Registrar's Office.

When you get to your polling place, show your photo ID to the poll worker. A poll worker will check your photo ID, verify that you are registered and at the correct polling location, issue you a voter access card or ballot, whichever is applicable, and allow you to vote. Absentee Ballots
A secure drop-off box is an option for returning absentee ballots for Canton voters.

Ballot boxes can be found in Canton at:
- 2782 Marietta Highway, Suite 100, in Canton
- 7545 Main St. in Woodstock at the South Cherokee Annex Recreation Center
- 400 East Main St, Canton, GA 30114
All drop boxes are checked daily, are monitored by video cameras for security and are available 24 hours a day.
