Gold Swimmer is New Olympic Trial Qualifier

In Texas, Chattahoochee Gold's Emma Cole, Lauren Case and Jackie Hill competed against some of the greatest swimmers in the world.

The Chattahoochee Gold swim team had a small group of fast swimmers in Austin, Texas for the Arena Pro Series meet.

The big news is that Emma Cole achieved her first Olympic Trial Qualifying time in the 200 Freestyle and will be headed to Omaha in June!

Gold also had amazing swims from Lauren Case who placed 12th in the 100 Fly, 15th in the 200 Free and 5th overall in the 200 Fly.

Case has already qualified for the 2016 Olympic Trials in the 200 & 400 Freestyle and the 100 & 200 meter Butterfly.

Jackie Hill also had a great meet where she made finals in the 200 Breast, narrowly missing an Olympic trial cut, as well as placing 32nd in the 100 Breast.

One of the first swim clubs in America to be awarded Level 4 status, Chattahoochee Gold is based at the Woodstock Aquatic Center and also trains swimmers at the Cherokee County Aquatic Center in Holly Springs, the Cumming Aquatic Center in Forsyth County and the Mountain View Aquatic Center in Marietta.
