Happy Mother’s Day To Charlotte Bowling

In celebration of Mother's Day on Sunday May 13, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their mother and let us deliver it. This is Charlene Bowling McGhee's letter to her mom:

To my mama,

I want to wish you the best Mother's Day yet. You are my rock, my hero, my biggest fan and my best friend. I've never met anyone so selfless, caring and loving. You have stood by me through it all and have never given up on me. You have loved me no matter what, especially when I know I wasn't so lovable. I hope one day I'll be half the mama that you've been to me.

Today is your day, and I hope you know how much I love and appreciate you! Happy Mother's Day, Mama.
