'Wing & Rock Fest' Set For This Weekend In Canton

CANTON, GA — The 14th annual Wing & Rock Fest is set for this weekend in Canton, including five tribute bands and more than 60 types of chicken wings.

Voted one of the top 50 food festivals in the country by Parade magazine, the Wing & Rock Fest is a two-day family-friendly event that offers something for everyone.

It will be held from noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 16. It will be held at Etowah River Park, 600 Brown Industrial Parkway in Canton.

Guests can savor more than 60 sauces on chicken wings from various eateries around the southeast.

This year the music lineup includes five acts with an INXS, REO Speedwagon, Stone Temple Pilots, MTV 80s tributes and the East Cobb School of Rock band.
