Friends of the Bartow County Library To Host Book Sale

The sale will take place at the library on West Main Street in Cartersville.

The Friends of the Bartow County Library System on Saturday will host to a book sale to raise money for the institution to stock its shelves with materials needed to serve the public.

The sale will take place March 7 inside the library’s garage. At 9 a.m., the garage doors will open for Friends of the Library members to shop. The sale will open to the general public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Saturday’s sale will include cheap prices on books (hardback, paperback, children’s, large print, audio), CD’s, DVD’s, VHS, music, movies, puzzles and computer games.

Proceeds from the sale support purchases of books, technology, programs and other services for the Bartow County Library System. Donations for the quarterly sales are taken year-round at the library’s front/circulation desk.
