Goulding House Featured In Roswell's Annual Tour of Homes

FrontDoor Communities is excited to announce its participation in the Annual Tour of Homes, presented by The Roswell Historical Society. The Goulding House at the builder's Goulding community will be showcased on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The recently purchased 7,098-square-foot Goulding House was completely restored and updated by FrontDoor Communities last fall.

Highlights include a two-car, side-entry garage with carriage doors; beautiful views from the expansive, covered porch; a new gourmet cook's kitchen with stacked cabinets, a large island, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler, double convection oven, warming drawer and drawer-style microwave; a newly renovated owner's bath with granite countertops, an oversized shower and a freestanding claw foot tub; pine wood flooring throughout and much more.

The 168-year-old house serves as the centerpiece for Goulding's new townhomes and single-family homes. FrontDoor Communities worked alongside The Roswell Historical Society to make sure each home complemented the historical architecture found on the Goulding House, as well as the other original homes in Roswell.
