CA: Informed PIC that if employee drinks are stored in the kitchen, then drinks must be in a disposable cup with lid and straw and stored in a designated area to prevent possible contamination of food items/utensils. Drink was discarded.

See temp below. CA: Informed PIC, soup was in the 2 hour time frame to be reheated back up 165 degrees. Soup was reheated on stove.

CA: PIC then inverted dishes.
