Harlem Globetrotters Coming To LakePoint

EMERSON, GA – LakePoint Sports, the premier sports vacation destination, is excited to announce a partnership with the World Famous Harlem Globetrotters. LakePoint’s new Champions Center has been selected as the host site for the Globetrotters annual training camp to be held November 28 – December 9. As a part of the partnership, LakePoint will host the Globetrotters training camp exhibition game that is open to the public on Thursday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m.

“To have a prestigious and historic organization, such as the Harlem Globetrotters, choose LakePoint as the new site of their training camp, really helps to confirm the Champions Center as one of the premier indoor sports venues in the nation,” said Earl Ehrhart, CEO of LakePoint Sporting Community. “We are excited for the opportunity to open our doors to the local community and give everyone the chance to enjoy the highly entertaining show the Globetrotters will put on.”

The exhibition game will provide fans with the opportunity to purchase general admission or floor seating. Additionally, Magic Pass, a special pre-game meet and greet with the stars of the Harlem Globetrotters, will be available for purchase.
