The Bartow County woman from the city of White was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge because she allegedly refused to give police her name.

A Bartow County woman Friday was escorted out of a Cartersville restaurant and promptly arrested after she allegedly made sexual gestures and used racial slurs with other patrons of Applebee's.

Joyce Marie Wilson, 59, of Country Creek Road in White, allegedly had "shown up drunk" to the restaurant, where she was "dropping the 'N'" word and "kept making sexual gestures with her tongue" toward another table of patrons and in the presence of children about 11:30 p.m., witnesses told police, according to the Cartersville Police Department incident report, above.

Wilson allegedly told police she had done nothing wrong and was "just joking with the table next to her," according to the report. She allegedly was uncooperative leaving the East Main Street eatery and refused to give police her identify.

After vomiting twice, Wilson was jailed on disorderly conduct and obstruction of police charges.
