CARTERSVILLE, GA — Everything Mom has done over the past year of the coronavirus pandemic should add up to an extra-special 2021 Mother’s Day celebration on Sunday, May 9. To start her the day off right, how about taking Mom to her favorite Cartersville brunch spot?

Many restaurants and eateries are still limiting seating, so making a reservation early is especially important this year. And if you’re still undecided about going to a sit-down restaurant, curbside pickup or delivery is an option in many places.

Many restaurants offer prix fixe menus, signature cocktails, decadent desserts and five-star service.

Here are two more suggestions to get you started:

Cracker Barrel, located in Cartersville at 5631 Highway 20 NE, offers free Mother’s Day delivery on a choice of a pancake breakfast (includes bacon or sausage and a choice of hash brown casserole or fried apples) or Sunday Homestyle Chicken (includes two boneless breasts, a choice of two sides and buttermilk biscuits).

Olive Garden, located near Cartersville at 429 Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw, offers family-style takeout meals for five that include ready-to-bake entrees and breadsticks with homemade Alfredo or marinara dipping sauce, and a large house solid with the signature Italian dressing.
