Millions of Americans will be observing some phase of this eclipse and you want to be prepared. Learn more about its path, the best ways to observe this eclipse, and what plans Tellus Science Museum has for the event. He will explain why eclipses occur and when the next one will happen. He will also discuss what ancient people thought about eclipses and what scientists have learned from them. He also plans to share information about other famous solar eclipses. Come and find out all about this exciting celestial event. The lecture will start at 7 p.m. It is free for members and included in the price of admission to the museum for non-members.
