Two Men Taken to Hospital After Industrial Accident

Two men were taken to Cartersville Medical Center on Monday after an accident at an industrial workplace.

A Bartow County emergency medical team responded to the workplace, located on River Road, Monday morning, according to a statement sent to media. The crews treated two men who were reportedly injured when a heavy piece of equipment fell.

The statement indicated the first man had back and shoulder pain, but was able to move his limbs. The second man also had back pain.

Both men are being treated at the hospital and are expected to recover.
