Black Girls Run to Host 4th Annual Sweat with Your Sole Race and Conference
Celebrity fitness trainer Jeanette Atkins to deliver keynote during annual conference

ATLANTA (Sept. 16, 2016) – The Black Girls Run Network will host its 4th annual Sweat With Your Sole Race and Conference the weekend of September 16 in Atlanta at the Marriott Marquis Hotel. Registration begins at 10 a.m. on Friday morning. Participants will have a weekend-filled with various learning sessions and will end with the annual 5k race. The media is invited to attend.
This annual event has quickly grown into a highly anticipated and popular healthy living extravaganza. The combination of conference and race delivers the perfect balance of a mental and physical journey – a completely memorable experience. Celebrity fitness trainer, Jeanette Atkins, will deliver the keynote address during lunch on Saturday, Sept. 17. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend other healthy living sessions, like Tia Robinson’s Meditation and Stress Relief, where participants will be led through an enlightening group meditation and learn the importance of staying consistent, keeping your commitments, and the power of second chances – all tips to relieve stress.
