Casting Call: Girl Who Can Act 'Terrified' Needed For Godzilla Film In Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA -- The latest Godzilla movie is set to shoot some pivotal scenes in Atlanta this summer, Patch has learned. "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" is being produced by Legendary Pictures as part of the third film in a trilogy that includes this year's "Kong: Skull Island."

Casting directors in the Atlanta area are looking for a Caucasian girl around 6 years old who can act "terrified." As filming ramps up in the summer, producers will need several Atlanta-based roles, including Hispanic and African-American people who can portray family members of other actors. Filming for the family members, including aunts, uncles, grandparents, nephews and nieces, is scheduled for Wednesday, July 19.

In August, producers will need Guatemalan men and women for some scenes shot locally as well.

"Godzilla: King of the Monsters" stars Millie Bobby Brown, Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga and O’Shea Jackson Jr. and is set to hit U.S. theaters in March 2019.
