Crash Blocks Multiple Lanes On I-75/85 In Atlanta
Wednesday morning's commute met with major gridlock after crash on I-75/85 near Langford Parkway.

ATLANTA, GA -- A crash on Interstate 75 /85 southbound near Langford Parkway caused a major back-up Wednesday morning as Atlantans got back on the roads after dealing with the effects of Hurricane Irma. Multiple lanes heading south were blocked, according to news reports.

Vehicles were returning to the interstate after much of the city shut down due to Irma, which still has thousands of people within metro Atlanta without power. Electric company crews were working furiously to get power restored to the masses.

DeKalb County was hit especially hard by the outages as much of the metro area begins the cleanup process after Irma.
