Local Woman/Minority Company Finds Opportunity with Super Bowl 53
Atlanta Company Hired 500 Plus Locals For Workforce Solutions Contract With Super Bowl LIII Business Connect Program

The Business Connect Program of the NFL Super Bowl LIII awarded contracts to more than 200 local companies. Sanquinetta Dover and her company DoverStaffing was one of those companies selected from thousands of applicants.
Sanquinetta Dover founded her company in 1996. In addition to DoverStaffing, she also owns DoverSolutions, a full-service consulting agency offering project management and executive training and Dover Training Institute, a 501(c)(3) providing training services to underserved communities.
According to the Super Bowl LIII host committee, the Business Connect Program has awarded contracts to women, African American, Asian American, Hispanic, Veteran and LBGQT firms.
Dover's company is one of four minority-owned HR vendors contracted through Party Planners West charged with hiring employees and workplace solutions for the Super Bowl LIII Experience Driven by Hyundai at the Georgia World Congress Center that ran through Saturday February 2 before the big game on Sunday, Feb 3 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots faced off for the Super Bowl title which was won by New England by a score of 13-3.

DoverStaffing interviewed and employed close to 500 local people for the Super Bowl Experience which will include interactive football games, appearances by football players and fun for the entire family.

A native of Greenwood SC, her businesses are located in the Duke Realty Business Center at 3800 Camp Creek Pkwy. Clients include or have included MARTA, Kawasaki, State of Georgia, Fulton County, Spelman, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Department of Defense.
She is a graduate of Spelman College and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., NCNW Greater Atlanta, The Continentals Inc. and 100 Black Women of Metropolitan Atlanta. She has received awards from the Atlanta Business League and the U.S. Minority Business Development Agency.
