Know a great kid who has a unique talent, is a student leader or who has overcome obstacles in his or her life?  Let Cascade Patch know; they may be our next “Whiz Kid” honoree.

This week, we honor our first six Whiz Kids in this photo gallery.

Each week, Cascade Patch seeks suggestions from readers for individual kids, teens, youth groups, sports teams and others who wow us with a youth's accomplishments. We want to hear about these amazing children and teens and select one each week as Cascade Patch's "Whiz Kid."
