National Church Residences Rapid Expansion in Atlanta
New National Church Residences Regional Headquarters and expanded services coming to metro area in 2019.

Coming to the heart of Atlanta in January 2019, National Church Residences will open a regional headquarters in the 260 Peachtree building on the north side of downtown. The new regional headquarters will enable the organization to have a greater impact on the region and build upon its strategic growth initiatives.
This will be a warm and inviting place to welcome everyone who visits to learn more about the great work National Church Residences is doing in metro Atlanta and across the country.
In 2018, Atlanta ranked as one of the fastest growing aging populations in America. A report by the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Atlanta Area Agency on Aging notes that by 2030, people over age 60 will make up more than 20 percent of the city’s population. That’s double what that age demographic is today. The needs of this ever-growing older population will eventually force the city to address options for maintaining affordable housing for seniors as they retire from the workforce.

National Church Residences owns/manages eight communities in greater Atlanta and offers a home to 1,230 Atlanta residents. We also serve six other communities in the Atlanta area with service coordination, as well as the 10 service coordinators working on our campuses.
The Atlanta growth strategy includes growing our affordable housing footprint, as well as introducing market-rate senior communities. We also plan on expanding Home and Community Services, such as service coordination, in-home assistance, home health care, hospice, and population health management. In addition, we will hire a director of population health management who will assist in creating and maintaining new and innovative population health management models in order to provide quality home and community-based services.
