Providence Missionary Baptist Church Announces Christmas Event
"Son- Light", a musical drama will be performed for the holiday season.
The Performing Arts Ministry of Providence Missionary Baptist Church cordially invites the community to "Son-Light", the 2013 Christmas program, Dec. 21 at 6 p.m.
“Son- Light” is a musical drama where homeless Mace realizes that he has strayed because he has forgotten the true light of Jesus. "Son-Light" will also include performances by the PMBC Mass Choir, Mime Artist Kelvin Walker, and The Roses and The Angelic Wings of Praise dance troupes. The play was written by Janet Milton and directed by Bridget Shepard. Rev. Damon P. Williams serves as senior pastor.
