'Walking Dead' Star, Director Opening New Restaurant in Senoia
Norman Reedus, also appearing in a new AMC series, and Greg Nicotero are opening Nic and Norman's in the town where the series is filmed.

Norman Reedus, who stars on AMC's "The Walking Dead," is co-owner of a new restaurant slated to open this summer in Senoia, GA, where the hugely popular show is filmed.
Called Nic & Norman's, the restaurant is co-owned by director Greg Nicotero.

According to the AJC, the spot was formerly home to Southern Ground and Social Club, which were both owned by musician Zac Brown and closed last year.
Reedus is also currently starring in a new AMC series which debuted last weekend, "The Ride with Norman Reedus." Of course, his claim to fame is in the role of Darryl Dixon in "The Walking Dead," a character whose fate is the subject of endless speculation. In the series' most recent season finale, one of the show's characters was killed in the final few seconds of the show, but their identity wasn't revealed.
In May, Reedus and Steven Yeun -- both of whom have been with the show since it began -- stopped to help some victims of a Peachtree City car crash. Both actors were in character attire when they stopped to assist. The pair were riding motorcycles nearby when they saw the crash, according to the site.
No one was seriously injured, but Yeun and Reedus reportedly stayed with the crash victims until paramedics arrived.
