What Is Local? Video Shares Patch Story

Patch is a network of daily community news sites powered by over 1,000 local editors.

Cascade Patch provides coverage of news in an area loosely bound by I-20 to the north, 75-85 to the east (excluding College Park and East Point but including the Marketplace), Camp Creek Parkway on the south around to Fulton Industrial to the west.

Cascade Patch wants you to know that you can post FREE announcements and events, any time, on our site. Just click "Announce it to Everyone!" at the top of the Annoucements Page or or "Add an Event" on the Events Page.

You can also scroll down on the home page to "Contribute," choose your option (event, announcement or news tip) and follow the easy steps! It helps to include picture or video (YouTube included) because we sometimes run these items in one of our major feature spots.
