Will’s Way Creole Kitchen Opens on Sweet Auburn This Week
Celebrity Chef Opens To Go Kitchen in Sweet Auburn Historic District

Chef Will Brown opens the doors to his highly anticipated new food concept Will’s Way Creole Kitchen, along Auburn Avenue on December 3rd.
Will’s Way is stand alone short-order kitchen that serves traditional creole cuisine. Chef Brown’s cooking roots stem back to his upbringing in Opelousas, La, where he learned how to prepare authentic dishes such as – gumbo, beignets, boudin balls, and shrimp creole. Patrons can also purchase Chef Brown’s own line of hand-crafted seasonings, rubs, and soup starters to create their own meals at home.
Serving only to go orders, Will’s Way will serve a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Patrons can place to go orders through delivery services such as Zifty.com, GoWaiter.com, and Will’s Way.“I chose the area for this type of food because I wanted to preserve, and enrich Atlanta’s Affluent Black History,” said Will Brown. Local attractions like the Apex Museum, The Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church, and the up-and-coming Atlanta Street Car transit system will drive foot traffic towards the burgeoning business.
