BMore Life Skills Workshop Series Begins September 19, 2019

BMore is a fun, hands-on workshop series for life and workforce readiness. It's adulting 101 for high schoolers in Forsyth County. Each session will be filled with experiential exercises designed to prepare, motivate, and educate teens as future employees, college students, leaders, and citizens.

The one-year program will be delivered in four interactive evening workshops throughout the school year with topics for both students and parents. The BMore program is unique in that students are exposed to business professionals and community leaders who will teach communication, leadership, and social skills that prepare students for success in the real world.
This innovative program launches with the first session at 6:00 p.m. (Registration at 5:30pm) on September 19, 2019, at Mountain Lake Church, 3105 Dahlonega Highway Cumming, Ga 30040. The cost is $99 for all 4 workshops. Participants can expect a fun-filled evening of group activities focused on topics like communication strategies, rapport and networking, decision making, and dressing for success.

Upon completion of the workshop series, program participants will be equipped for their future with resume-building skills, mentoring from the business community, and even BMore Scholarship opportunities. The experience will be commemorated with a graduation ceremony where they will receive a University of North Georgia Certificate of Professionalism.
Can't make it for our first session? No problem. You will get highlights from session 1 and will still be eligible for a certificate at graduation for attending the balance of the sessions.
