Carrington Academy Donates More Than 75 Items to Animal Shelter

Students at Carrington Academy on Majors Road in Cumming recently donated more than 75 items to Forsyth County Animal Shelter. Over the past month, students worked together to collect a variety of pet supplies, including cat and dog food, treats, toys, beds and more. At the end of the collection, students prepared the donations for delivery to the organization.

In addition to their pet supplies drive, Carrington Academy students donated more than 200 food items to The Place of Forsyth County to help provide meals to local families in need. Through these initiatives, students learned the importance of giving back to the community and helping others, especially during the holiday season.
