Cumming Country Fair & Festival Starts Thursday

Cumming Country Fair & Festival returns to Forsyth County for its 19th year on Thursday, Oct. 3, and continues through Sunday, Oct. 13.

It includes concerts, with acts such as Kellie Pickler; carnival rides; Heritage Village, which includes a barber shop and a blacksmith; a variety of ground acts, including chainsaw art, a petting zoo and pony rides; and local entertainment.  

It all takes place at 235 Castleberry Road in Cumming. Hours are:

  • Monday through Thursday: 4 to 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 4 p.m. to midnight
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to midnight
  • Sunday: 12:30 to 9 p.m.
About 141,000 people last year attended the fair, according to northfulton.com, which started in 1955.
