Drinking Teens Pepper Spray Man at Cumming Motel
The man allegedly hit them in the throats and asked for "ice," or methamphetamine, according to the police report.

Two are teens were arrested last week after allegedly pepper spraying a man at a Cumming motel, but not in connection with the burning burst of OC spray.
Cumming Police Department officers Thursday, Oct. 24, responded about 12:50 p.m. to a medical call at Sun Suites, 555 Lake Center Parkway, according to the incident report.
They found a man with a white towel on his face who said he had been pepper sprayed, but didn't know why.Â
Later, Jessie Evans, a resident of the motel, "did admit that he was going to buy alcohol for the two individuals in (one of the rooms)," an officer wrote in the report. "He stated that he didn't do it because there wasn't enough money for him to get any alcohol.
"He stated that the two were getting upset with him and they got into a verbal/physical altercation."
The two were Jordan Lee Gracy, 17, of Gainesville, and Leland Hawke Amerson, 18, also a Sun Suites resident, who police say "came stumbling to the door."
Amerson told police "that Jessie had come to his room and was asking for 'ice,' they had informed him that they didn't have that," the report says. "He stated Jessie then got aggressive with them and he hit them in the throats. Then he then sprayed Jessie and his brother removed him from the room."
Both of the teens were charged with underage drinking, but police declined to pursue further charges related to the incident.
"I informed all parties due to the incident they need to go to Magistrate Court to press charges on each other. All parties stated that they understood," the officer reported.
Both of the teens were released on bond about 8 p.m.
