Forsyth Planning Commission Public Hearing Set on Buford Highway Overlay District
It's set for Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 6:30 p.m.

The Forsyth County Planning Commission is set to hold a public hearing on proposed changes to the Unified Development Code on Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 6:30 p.m. Â
The purpose of the public hearing is to present proposed changes regarding the Buford Highway Overlay District and modifications pertaining to site plan minimum requirements as well as procedures for postponing public hearings and to receive public comment concerning these draft modifications.Â
All residents and any other affected or interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend. The hearing will be held in the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 E. Main St., Suite 220, the Commissioners Meeting Room on the second Floor in Cumming. Â
