In Loving Memory of Sammy E. Clark, 71

Mr. Sammy E. Clark, 71, of Canton passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Tranquility Hospice at Kennesaw Mountain.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from Arbor Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Gerral Richards, Rev. Kent Samples, Rev. Steve Jones and Rev. Joe Lumpkin officiating. Interment will follow in Chalcedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Clark was a member of Arbor Hill Baptist Church and worked as a Deputy for Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Beverly “Kasay” Gentry; parents, Wallace and Wylene Clark; and father-in-law, Carl Turner. Survivors include his wife, Rita Clark; children, Darren Clark, Dean Clark, Jeremy (Erin) Hicks, Jarred (Anna) Hicks and Jorden Clark; mother-in-law, Betty Turner; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
