National Honor Society of Pinecrest Academy Travels to Easter Seals North Georgia

Forty members of Pinecrest Academy's National Honor Society traveled to the Easter Seals of North Georgia on December 9, 2016, to spend time with children served by the organization. Easter Seals is a developmental daycare facility which services children with developmental disabilities, as well as, children from low income families.

Students worked with the children on a variety of learning activities, and they read to and played with them during their visit.

The NHS plans to participate in another group service project during the spring 2017 semester, embracing the private Catholic school's dedication to servant leadership, furthering the mission to form Christian leaders who will transform society.
