Pinecrest "Mothers' Prayer Group" Welcomes 80 Women 

Approximately 80 Pinecrest Academy mothers, friends and grandmothers gathered for a morning of faith and fellowship at a Mothers' Prayer Group event on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. The group enjoyed breakfast and conversation in the lovely interior garden of the home of the Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, which is located adjacent to the campus of the private, PreKe-12th grade Catholic School in Cumming, Georgia.

Pinecrest co-founder, Mrs. Judy Guilfoil, was the guest of honor and delivered a moving, thought-provoking talk on the vocation of motherhood, which included a testimonial about her own experiences as the mother of three daughters. The talk was followed by a Mass celebrated by Pinecrest Academy President, Fr. David Steffy, LC.

All mothers of all faiths in the community are invited to the next Mothers' Prayer Group, which will take place on December 7, 2016. This gathering is part of Pinecrest Academy's Family Life Program.
