Registration Open For Fall Baseball, Softball In Forsyth County

Team practices will begin the week of Sept. 7 with games beginning Sept. 28. The season ends in late October.

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA — Forsyth County Parks & Recreation began accepting registrations Monday for fall baseball and softball, with registration closing at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 11. Leagues are offered for boys and girls ages 4 through 17.

Registrations will be accepted online at parks.forsythco.com and at the county’s three recreation centers:

  • Central Park, 2300 Keith Bridge Rd.
  • Fowler Park, 4110 Carolene Way
  • Old Atlanta Park, 810 Nichols Rd.

The registration fee is $100 for Forsyth County residents and $200 for non-county residents.

Team practices will begin the week of Sept. 7 with games beginning Sept. 28. The season ends in late October. Fall baseball and softball is an instructional league and scores or standings will not be recorded. The intent of the fall league is for the participants to have fun and learn the playing rules that will be used in the following spring season.
